This is a reupload in text of an earlier version I uploaded in Microsoft Works.  This file contains a basic program outline for a BSA summer camp to impliment a First Year Camper Program, which at Camp Thunder in the Flint River Council of Georgia is called Buckskin.   This guide is best used as a sample for other camps to follow.  Be sure and get National BSA's camping services section guide for long term camp first year camper program planning guide.
